Vicky was born in South Africa. She graduated in 1999 at Lisbon Law School, and completed her articles in 2001.
She subsequently attended the College of Law in London in 2002/2003 and qualified as a Solicitor.
Vicky worked at an Anglo-Portuguese law firm from 1999 to 2015, having been made salaried partner in 2004. She was also seconded to an aviation law firm in London in 2002.
Vicky joined TPA in 2015.
