Despite being considered as an emerging area of ​​law, thanks to the renewed attention it received following the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation, TPA’s  team has been dedicated to the subject of data protection for more than 15 years, with increasing and progressive specialization.

Currently, we have been increasing our qualifications in this area at an international level and our mission is to publicize the importance of legal matters of privacy, data protection and cybersecurity. We have also been providing legal advice to our clients regarding the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.

With the experience we have accumulated, we can contribute effectively to the implementation of data protection systems and draw up all the legal and documentary structure necessary for the fulfillment of all legal obligations by our clients.

We also provide crisis management services and mediate the relationship with the authorities, in situations of litigation.
