UPDATE – Electronic Complaints’ Book: subscription period for other service providers

As from 1st July 2018, the obligation to subscribe to the Electronic Complaints’ Book was extended to other service providers, namely to operators related to hotels, travel agencies and large distribution, apart from those related to essential public services.

The process of subscription and registration on the Digital Platform was also extended to operators that are supervised by ASAE (Food and Economic Safety Authority) for an extended period, starting on 1st July 2018 until 1st July 2019.

Regarding the operators that practice activities regulated or supervised by another entity, they will be integrated in the project according to a schedule duly determined by the respective supervisory entity.
