Decree-Law No. 115/2025, of the 27 th of October, imposed changes to the legal regime of the Portuguese Central Register of Ultimate Beneficial Owners (RCBE). Among the changes introduced, the following stands out: the requirement for any entity wishing to access the information on beneficial owners registered before the RCBE.
